Configuring SCSI settings for the SIERRA™ plus film digitizer 16

CAUTION:

The digitizer and computer MUST be turned OFF

before changing the SCSI ID.

To set the digitizer’s SCSI ID:

a. Locate the switch adjusting tool.

b. Lay the digitizer on its back, with its bottom surface toward you.

c. Locate the SCSI ID switch.

d. Use the tool’s flat tip to rotate the SCSI

ID switch to the desired SCSI ID number.

Note:

Do not set the switch to position

, as these are

not valid

SCSI ID numbers.

CAUTION:

Do not force switch rotation. Do not use a large

screwdriver to rotate the switch.
